The commemorative coin is dedicated to one of the largest in the world and the
only one in Ukraine enterprise involved in production, testing, maintenance
in service and repair of 55 engine types and modifications for 61 kinds of
airplanes and helicopters for different purposes, which are operated in 106
countries of the world – Zaporozhian open joint stock company “Motor-Sich”.

On the obverse against the Earth hemispheres there is the image of the
Falcon, above there is the Small National Emblem of Ukraine with the
circumferential legend ÍÀÖ²ÎÍÀËÜÍÈÉ ÁÀÍÊ ÓÊÐÀ¯ÍÈ (National Bank of Ukraine)
over it, to the left – the coin minting year 2007 and 5 ÃÐÈÂÅÍÜ (5 hryvnias)
below, as well as the logotype of the National Bank of Ukraine Mint.

On the reverse
the image of the aeroengine is depicted, above on the right there is the
logotype JSC of “Motor-Sich” and the inscriptions: ÌÎÒÎÐ Ñ²× (Motor-Sich)
above on the left and 100 ÐÎʲ (100 years) below.
