Technical description
The commemorative coin is dedicated to the meeting of XVI Annual Session of the
Parliament Assembly of the Organization for Security and Cooperation in
Europe held in Kyiv on July 5-9, 2007.

On the obverse in the inner circle against the background of the
conventionalized Ukrainian ornament there is the Small National Emblem of
Ukraine, in the outer circle there are circumferential legends: ÍÀÖ²ÎÍÀËÜÍÈÉ
ÁÀÍÊ ÓÊÐÀ¯ÍÈ (National Bank of Ukraine) above, 5 ÃÐÈÂÅÍÜ (5 hryvnias) below,
the coin issue year: 2007 to the left, as well as the logotype of the
National Bank of Ukraine Mint.

On the reverse in
the inner circle there is the image of the emblem of the XVI Annual Session
of the Parliament Assembly OSCE in Kyiv, in the outer circle there is the
circumferential legend: XVI ÙÎв×ÍÀ ÑÅÑ²ß ÏÀÐËÀÌÅÍÒÑÜÊί ÀÑÀÌÁËů ÎÁÑÅ (XVI
