National Bank of Ukraine Revokes General Licenses for Foreign Exchange Operations from Two Professional Securities Market Participants

The National Bank of Ukraine (NBU) has revoked (cancelled) licenses issued to perform foreign exchange operations to Maister Brok PrJSC and Capital-Standard LLC.Respective decisions were taken by the NBU Board Resolution on 20 September 2018.

 

The decision to revoke (cancel) general licenses for foreign exchange operations issued to Maister Brok PrJSC was made as a result of:

     failure to exercise foreign exchange operations under the general license for more than 180 days;

     sanctions applied by the National Commission on Securities and the Stock Market for violating laws on financial monitoring, market regulation, and financial services;

     establishing the violations of financial monitoring, market regulation, and financial services laws.

 

The decision to revoke (cancel) general license for foreign exchange operations issued to Capital-Standard LLC was made as a result of:

     removing Capital-Standard LLC from the State Register of Financial Institutions that Provide Financial Services on the Securities Market;

     failure to exercise foreign exchange operations under the general license for more than 180 days;

cancellation of the license for professional activity on the stock market by the National Securities and Stock Market Commission.
