- organizing, supporting, and performing the NBU’s cost management
- organizing and ensuring financial forecasting at the NBU
- managing the NBU’s equity
- producing the management reporting based on the NBU’s financial indicators
- organizing and ensuring the operation of the NBU Budget Committee.
