In response to information released by the mass media, the National Bank of Ukraine draws attention to the fact that compensation payments to depositors of the former USSR's Sberbank will commence from 1 June 2012 pursuant to the Instruction issued by President of Ukraine Viktor Yanukovych.

The National Bank of Ukraine kindly asks the mass media to follow publications and announcements released by the National Bank of Ukraine and JSC "Oschadbank" and disregard any inflammatory information on this issue released by some mass media.
