Oleh Kurinnyi appointed Director of Directorate of the Corporate Non-State Pension Fund

Today, on December 3, 2014, Oleh Kurinnyi has been appointed Director of Directorate of the Corporate Non-State Pension Fund of the National Bank of Ukraine (hereinafter – the Corporate Pension Fund).

Governor of the National Bank of Ukraine Valeriia Gontareva noted that the newly appointed Director would face the challenging task of preserving and multiplying savings held by the Corporate Pension Fund members and expressed hope that he would worthily cope with this task.

"Oleh Kurinnyi proved himself a highly qualified and accomplished expert in the stock market and direct investments market. It is my firm belief that this respected professional with such skills, expertise and knowledge should take charge of our pension fund, especially in the face of its investment policy modification," said Valeriia Gontareva.

Oleh Kurinnyi was born on March 18, 1972, in Kyiv. He has two higher educations. In 1996, he graduated as an economist from the Academy of Labor and Social Relations. In 2001, he got a Master's degree in financial markets from the Ukrainian Stock Market Development Institute, KNEU. He is fluent in English.

Throughout his career, Oleh Kurinnyi has been engaged in securities business, raising financing and involved in investment projects. From 1998 to 2000, he worked at Interregional Fund Union OJSC, where he held the positions of Senior Specialist and Head of Clearing and Settlements Department. From 2000 to 2006, he served as Deputy Director and Head of the Back Office at Dragon Capital LLC. Since 2006, he has been Director at Dragon Development LLC.
