On July 3, 2015, the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine adopted a decision to implement a project intended to outsource functions related to the real estate facility management.
The reduction in non-core functions and the streamlining of business processes within the National Bank of Ukraine constitute a significant step toward implementing the Strategic program for reforming the banking system and reorganizing the National Bank of Ukraine. It should be emphasized that the adoption of decision by the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine to implement a project intended to outsource functions related to the real estate facility management is the first large-scale project implemented by the public authorities.
In order to determine the estimated costs of services, the National Bank of Ukraine invites leading companies operating in Ukraine and providing comprehensive facility management services to take part in implementing a project on the provision of real estate infrastructure support services in the public sector.
Commenting on the launch of a project, Deputy Governor of the National Bank of Ukraine Vladyslav Rashkovan said: “We are open for cooperation and we are seeking companies with expertise in handling extensive infrastructure across Ukraine and powerful technological capabilities”.
In order to determine the estimated costs of services through a bidding competition, the National Bank invites potential future partners to submit their applications to get a list of services to be provided on the sites (premises) of the National Bank of Ukraine, taking into account their location, square area, a list of equipment and facilities and other information, broken down by lots.
Please submit proposals indicating the estimated costs of services by July 13, 2015.

The National Bank of Ukraine embarked on the project to outsource functions related to the real estate facility management in March 2015 by holding an introductory meeting with companies taking a lead in the provision of comprehensive facility management services to third parties based on outsourcing.
