The banking licence has been revoked and the liquidation procedure of the PUBLIC JOINT-STOCK COMPANY "COMMERCIAL BANK "SOCCOM BANK" has been initiated since 21 October 2011 pursuant to Resolution of the National Bank of Ukraine # 371 of 20 October 2011.

The powers of the Provisional administrator, the Board (Board of Directors), Supervisory Council, the general meeting of PJSC “CB “SOCCOM BANK" have been terminated since 21 October 2011.

Natalia Mykolaivna Khorolenko, an official of the National Bank of Ukraine (head of the Banking Supervision Division of the regional branch of the National Bank of Ukraine in Odesa oblast), has been appointed as the liquidator to the PJSC "COMMERCIAL BANK "SOCCOM BANK"
