Taking into account the proposal put forward by the Deposit Guarantee Fund to revoke the banking license and wind down this bank and guided by applicable Ukrainian laws, the National Bank of Ukraine Board has passed a resolution to revoke the banking license held by BROKBUSINESSBANK JSC and wind down this bank (NBU Board Resolution No. 339 of June 10, 2014).
In virtue of this Resolution, the banking license, the General license for conducting foreign exchange transactions held by BROKBUSINESSBANK JSC will be revoked and the winding up of this bank will be launched from June 11, 2014.
