National Bank of Ukraine Adopts a Decision on Revocation of the Banking License and Liquidation of CB PREMIUM PJSC

The National Bank of Ukraine has adopted a decision on revocation of the banking license and liquidation of CB PREMIUM PJSC for violation of financial monitoring laws.  Resolution 68/BТ of 10 February 2016 has been issued to this effect.

The unscheduled on-site inspection of CB PREMIUM PJSC revealed evidence that this bank was in breach of financial monitoring laws.

The liquidation of this bank will not have an impact on financial market stability. Funds of 97% of depositors will be reimbursed by the Deposit Guarantee Fund (DGF) in full.  The DGF will pay out a total of about UAH 150 million in compensation to eligible depositors.
