Draft White Paper The Future of Regulating the Nonbank Financial Sector

The Draft White Paper represents the NBU’s vision of the new regulation of the nonbank financial market, which will be within the NBU’s purview in the years that follow. The Draft White Paper summarizes the primary goals of the new regulation. In particular, the NBU is convinced that the new model of the regulation of nonbank financial institutions should be aimed at achieving the efficiency and transparency of the market, bringing it closer to global standards, and facilitating Ukraine’s integration into the EU.
