This medal celebrates the 10th anniversary of the adoption of the Law of Ukraine On the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine. The NABU is a central executive body with a special status. It was created to prevent, detect, stop, investigate and solve corruption cases that pose a threat to national security. Since its inception, this institution has uncovered numerous cases of bribery, embezzlement of state property and illicit enrichment among high-ranking officials. This medal symbolizes the NABU’s achievements in its fight against grand corruption, as well as the contribution of this law enforcement agency to shaping the future of Ukraine as part of the European community.

Obverse: in the center, against a smooth background, is the logotype of the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine, above which are Ukraine’s small coat of arms and the legend УКРАЇНА (Ukraine); beneath are the medal’s issue year – 2024 and the mint mark of the NBU’s Banknote Printing and Minting Works.

Reverse: in the center is a stylized image of a sunflower blooming under the sun, the shape of which recalls the logotype of the institution. The unlit and wilted petals on the barren and dry land act as an allegory of the harmful effects of darkness and drought on the development of sunflowers, just as corruption negatively affects the development of the state and society. It is the “fight of light against darkness (corruption)” that allows sunflowers to flourish and states to develop and prosper. The overall composition of the reverse forms a stylized prohibition sign; there is also the circular legend – the NABU’s slogan – ЗНЕШКОДИТИ і ЗАПОБІГТИ (Eradicate and Prevent). Above is the year of the NABU’s founding and start of operations – 2014; beneath is the legend 10 / РОКІВ / ЗАКОНУ ПРО НАБУ (10 / years / of the NABU Law).

This roll of coins celebrates the Ukrainian logistics branch, which ensures the smooth operation of the Ukrainian army. This branch plays a key role in the daily activities of Ukraine’s Armed Forces, as well as during combat training, mobilization, operational (strategic) deployment and combat operations. This coin is a recognition of the importance of military logisticians who work hard behind the lines, ensuring the smooth functioning of supply routes for providing the defense forces with everything they need to fight and maintain their vital functions, even in the face of ongoing hostilities. Each roll is packaged in souvenir paper featuring the legends БАНКНОТНО-МОНЕТНИЙ ДВІР НБУ, ОБІГОВА ПАМ’ЯТНА МОНЕТА, СИЛИ ЛОГІСТИКИ ЗСУ, 25 ШТУК (the NBU’s Banknote Printing and Minting Works, circulation commemorative coin, the Logistics Branch of Ukraine’s Armed Forces, and 25 units), the face value of the roll – 250 and the graphic symbol of the hryvnia, the mint mark of the NBU’s Banknote Printing and Minting Works, the image of the beret badge of the Logistics Branch and elements that imitate topographic road maps and fragments of terrain.

Obverse: above is Ukraine’s small coat of arms; in the center, surrounded by an old Rus ornament is the following semicircular legend: УКРАЇНА / 10 / ГРИВЕНЬ (Ukraine/10/hryvnias); against the backdrop of the ornament are the coins’ issue year – 2024 (beneath) and the mint mark of the NBU’s Banknote Printing and Minting Works (to the right).

Reverse: there is the following circular legend: СТАЛЕВА МІЦЬ, НЕПОХИТНА ВОЛЯ! (Strength of Steel and Unwavering Will!) and СИЛИ ЛОГІСТИКИ ЗБРОЙНИХ СИЛ УКРАЇНИ (the Logistics Branch of Ukraine’s Armed Forces). The main element of the composition is the image of the beret badge of the Logistics Branch of Ukraine’s Armed Forces – a stylized outline of a fortress with four bastions and superimposed crossed swords, with their handles downward and blades turning into wheat ears, and the Staff of Mercury placed vertically. In the foreground are schematic images of topographic road maps and fragments of terrain.

This coin celebrates the outstanding achievements of Ukrainian athletes who have made Ukraine famous on the world stage – from the first legendary records to the triumphant victory of boxer Oleksandr Usyk, who became the undisputed world heavyweight champion in May 2024. By holding simultaneously four of the most prestigious belts in boxing, he demonstrated to the world the indomitable spirit, fortitude and the limitless possibilities of Ukrainians. This coin honors the feats of Ukrainian athletes and reminds us that even in the most difficult times Ukrainians are capable of great victories.

Obverse: against a smooth background is a traditional Crimean Tatar ornament that stands for the Crimean descent of Oleksandr Usyk. This pattern, which was carefully selected and used by Ukrainian designer Elvira Hasanova as one of the athlete’s images in the face-off before his fight for the title of undisputed world champion, emphasizes the inextricable connection between Crimea and Ukraine. Above, to the right of the ornament are the coin’s issue year – 2024 and Ukraine’s small coat of arms. Beneath, to the right are the legend УКРАЇНА (Ukraine), the coin’s face value 5, the graphic symbol of the hryvnia, and the mint mark of the NBU’s Banknote Printing and Minting Works.

Reverse: in the center is a stylized image of the athlete against the backdrop of the outline of the Motherland Monument – a symbol of the invincibility and strength of the Ukrainian people. Beneath, to the left of the boxer’s outline is the legend 18.05./2024 (18 May 2024) (the day of the fight); on either side of the boxer’s outline are the legends АБСОЛЮТНИЙ and UNDISPUTED (the title awarded to the athlete).

This coin celebrates the centenary of the birth of one of the most recognizable directors of the twentieth century, who went down in the history of cinema as a representative of the school of Ukrainian poetic cinema. “Shadows of Forgotten Ancestors” and “The Color of Pomegranates” are masterpieces that brought Parajanov worldwide recognition and numerous international awards. This coin is a symbol of Parajanov’s defiance, creative freedom, and eternal search for truth, a filmmaker whose heritage lives on in every shot and in every scene...

Obverse: against a smooth background is a stylized image of a pomegranate in section and of pomegranate seeds. This image is an allusion to the master’s naked soul, in which there was a place for Ukraine, where he lived and worked for some time. Above the composition are the legend УКРАЇНА (Ukraine), the coin’s face value 5, the graphic symbol of the hryvnia, and the coin’s issue year – 2024. In the center of the pomegranate is Ukraine’s small coat of arms.

Reverse: there is a stylized portrait of Parajanov and a masterfully created collage consisting of fragments of scenes from the filmmaker’s works. This collage stands for the master’s world and his life path. Above the composition is the legend СЕРГІЙ ПАРАДЖАНОВ / 100 (Sergei Parajanov / 100).
