Main Functions:
- organizing logistical and technical maintenance support to the NBU
- ensuring proper and safe work conditions for the NBU employees, coordinating organizational measures on occupational health and safety, fire safety, and environment protection in the NBU
- support for continuous functioning and maintenance of the operable state of the NBU premises and facilities engineer infrastructure, analyzing feasibility of capital investment into design, new construction, reconstruction process, technical upgrading and restoration of the NBU own premises
- monitoring real estate property, executing the documents confirming the property right to the NBU real estate objects
- ensuring registration of the NBU as a legal entity in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities and Individual Entrepreneurs
- ensuring registration of the NBU property rights to real estate objects in the State Register of Property Rights to Immovable Property
- organizing document management in the NBU.
