Main Functions:
  • drafting and implementing the HR strategy and/or HR policy in the NBU, developing HR system according to the HR strategy and NBU Strategy
  • meeting the NBU’s needs in qualified personnel by ensuring quality recruitment, placement, and continuous professional training of the NBU personnel, HR management
  • ensuring the proper level of employee motivation by developing cutting-edge and effective systems of material and other incentives
  • ensuring effective HR management and achievement by employees of the NBU’s strategic goals by developing procedures for planning and performance evaluation based on the model of key performance indicators and competencies
  • development of the NBU organizational structure and drafting structure improvement proposals
  • record-keeping and monitoring the NBU staff number, planning and analyzing staff costs
  • ensuring leadership development in the NBU by drafting and implementation of the respective programs, NBU brand as employer.
