The banking licence has been revoked and a liquidation procedure against the Public Joint-Stock Company "Bank Stolytsya" has been launched since 31 January 2012 pursuant to Resolution of the National Bank of Ukraine No 30 of 30 January 2012.

The powers of the Provisional administrator, the Board (Board of Directors), Supervisory Council, the general meeting of the PJSC "Bank Stolytsya" have been terminated since 31 January 2012.  

Yevgeniy Hennadiiovych Kuno, an employee of the National Bank of Ukraine – head of the Division of the Office for Inspection of Group 1 and Group 2 Banks of the Banking Inspection Department of the General Department of Banking Supervision, has been appointed as the liquidator to the PJSC "Bank Stolytsya".

Serhii Kostiantynovych Onishchenko, an employee of the National Bank of Ukraine, is entitled to exercise the liquidator’s duties at the PJSC "Bank Stolytsya" for a period of the liquidator’s temporal absence.
