The banking license has been revoked and a liquidation procedure against the Public Joint-Stock Company "INNOVATIONAL - INDUSTRIAL BANK" has been launched since 2 March 2012 pursuant to Resolution of the National Bank of Ukraine No72 of 29 February 2012.

The powers of the Provisional administrator, the Board (Board of Directors), Supervisory Council, general meeting of the PJSC "INPROMBANK" have been terminated since 2 March 2012.

Oleksii Vasyl’ovych Galaburda, an employee of the National Bank of Ukraine – deputy director of the Department – head of the Office for Supervision over Group 3 and Group 4 Banks of the Prudential Supervision Department of the General Department of Banking Supervision, has been appointed as the liquidator to the Public Joint-Stock Company "INPROMBANK".

Viktoria Leonidivna Fatieieva, an employee of the National Bank of Ukraine, is entitled to exercise the liquidator’s duties at the PJSC "INPROMBANK" in the event of the liquidator’s temporal absence.
