Pursuant to Order No 41 of 22 March 2012 issued by the National Bank of Ukraine in accordance with Articles 16 and 19 of the Law of Ukraine “On the National Bank of Ukraine”, the General Department of Information Technologies and Payment Systems of the National Bank of Ukraine was approved as the NBU structural subdivision, which ensures exercise of the principal duty by the National Bank. The chief of the NBU General Department of Information Technologies and Payment Systems is the member of the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine ex officio.

The Financial Department of the National Bank of Ukraine has been excluded from the list of structural subdivisions whose chiefs are the members of the National Bank Board ex officio.

Therefore, Director of the NBU General Department of Information Technologies and Payment Systems Natalia Bohdanivna Syniavska became a member of the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine on 22 March 2012.

Ivashkevych Liudmyla  Hryhorivna was appointed as Director of the Financial Department of the National Bank of Ukraine on 22 March 2012. Prior to this appointment, she held the position of Deputy Director of the Financial Department.
