In accordance with Resolution of the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine No 168 of 20 April 2012, provisional administration has been appointed for the period of six months - from 23 April 2012 to 23 October 2012 - for the PUBLIC JOINT-STOCK COMPANY "JOINT-STOCK COMMERCIAL BANK “BASIS”.

An employee of the National Bank of Ukraine Ms. Hanna A. Hontar, a chief economist of the sector of registration, licensing and monitoring of banks of the banking supervision division of the Regional branch of the National Bank of Ukraine in Kharkiv Oblast was appointed as the Provisional Administrator at the PJSC "JSCB “BASIS”. Ms. Svitlana V. Krasylnikova, an employee of the National Bank of Ukraine Branch in Kharkiv Oblast, has a mandate to act as a provisional administrator for the period of temporary absence of the appointed Provisional Administrator of BASIS PJSC.

With a view to creating favorable conditions required to restore the financial standing of the PJSC "JSCB “BASIS”, the moratorium on the creditors’ claims satisfaction was imposed in full for the period of three months from 23 April 2012 to 23 July 2012.
