In accordance with Resolution of the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine No142 of 10 April 2012, the mandate of Ms. Natalia M. Khorolenko as the Liquidator of the PJSC "COMMERCIAL BANK "SOCCOM BANK" was terminated from 2 April 2012. Mr. Dmytro V. Vlasenko, an employee of the National Bank of Ukraine, was appointed as the Liquidator of the PJSC "COMMERCIAL BANK "SOCCOM BANK" from 3 May 2012.

Mr. Serhii O. Bokiy, an employee of the National Bank of Ukraine, has a mandate to act as a liquidator for the period of temporary absence of the appointed Liquidator of the PJSC "COMMERCIAL BANK "SOCCOM BANK".
