A high level of professionalism, efficiency and competence of bank employees are key drivers of the dynamic development and financial prosperity of our country. Thanks to the determination and dedication that you have displayed, the banks are gradually improving their performance and public confidence in the banking system is being restored. 

Today the banking system is one of the most advanced components of the financial market, which outlines the main paths of its development, promotes economic growth and ensures the financial capacity of Ukraine. I am aware that all employees exert maximum efforts and apply skills to achieve the overall positive result, which enables us to overcome current challenges and feel optimistic about the future.

We face new important tasks. The fulfillment of these tasks will require us to be able to deploy all intellectual and creative potential, work hard and show dedication. I feel confident that we will be able to achieve the goal we have set and implement priority measures aimed at rehabilitating and strengthening the banking system.
