Pursuant to NBU Board Resolution No 357 of 23 August 2012, the banking licence granted to the Public Joint-Stock Company "JOINT-STOCK COMMERCIAL BANK "BASIS" (Kharkiv)" has been revoked and a liquidation procedure against this bank has been launched since 28 August 2012. Ms. Vira Ladonenko, an employee of the National Bank of Ukraine, has been appointed as the liquidator of the Public Joint-Stock Company "JOINT-STOCK COMMERCIAL BANK "BASIS".
