By virtue of NBU Board Resolution No. 427 of 12 October 2012, the powers of Mr. Dmytro V. Vlasenko as the Liquidator of COMMERCIAL BANK "SOCCOM BANK" PJSC have been terminated. Mr. Dmytro D. Pustovit, an employee of the National Bank of Ukraine, has been appointed as the Liquidator of COMMERCIAL BANK "SOCCOM BANK" PJSC from 12 October 2012.
