Based on the annual review of bank performance indicators as per established criteria, the National Bank of Ukraine has confirmed the systemic importance status for 15 institutions that were on this list in 2024 and added Idea Bank JSC to the list.
The updated list of systemically important banks thus includes 16 institutions:

- Oschadbank JSC
- Pivdеnnyi JSB
- CB PrivatBank JSC

- SENSE BANK JSC
- TASCOMBANK JSC
- UKRGASBANK JSB
- Ukreximbank JSC
- UKRSIBBANK JSС
- UNIVERSAL BANK JSC.
The list was approved by NBU Board Decision No. 198 On Identifying Systemically Important Banks dated 17 June 2025.

The NBU designates systemically important banks on an annual basis after reviewing data as of 1 January, in accordance with the Regulation On the Procedure for Identifying Systemically Important Banks approved by NBU Board Resolution No. 863 dated 25 December 2014 (as amended).
