On February 5, 2015, the National Bank of Ukraine passed  Resolution No. 84 On Amendments to Some NBU Regulations  (hereinafter – Resolution No.84), whereby amendments have been made to:

Regulation on Disbursement of Emergency Loans to the Ukrainian Banks by the National Bank of Ukraine approved by NBU Board Resolution No. 327, dated July 13, 2010;

NBU Board Resolution No. 602, dated September 25, 2014, On Measures to Ensure the Repayment of Loans Granted by the National Bank of Ukraine.

Resolution No. 84 also has expanded the list of eligible collateral for loans granted by the National Bank of Ukraine to banks to support their liquidity.

Resolution No. 84 enters into force on the day following its official publication.
