On March 5, 2015, the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine approved  Resolution No 163 On Amendments to Some NBU Regulations  (hereinafter –Resolution No 163), whereby amending the following:

• Regulation on Disbursement of Stabilization Loans to the Ukrainian Banks approved by NBU Board  Resolution No 327, dated July 13, 2010 (as amended);
• NBU Board Resolution No 602, dated September 25, 2014 On Measures to Ensure the Repayment of Loans Granted by the National Bank of Ukraine (as amended). 

The amended Resolution has expanded the list of eligible collateral for loans granted by the National Bank of Ukraine to support banks' liquidity.

Resolution No 163 enters into force on the day following its official publication.
