On April 6, 2015, the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine passed Resolution No 214  On approval of the Charter of the Committee on Audit of the Ukrainian banks (hereinafter – Resolution).

The Resolution has approved the Charter of the Committee on Audit of the Ukrainian banks, which, inter alia, determines the rights and responsibilities of the Committee Chair, members, and the executive secretary of the Committee, arising from the establishment and maintenance by the National Bank of Ukraine of the Register of Auditors authorized to audit the banks.

The Resolution enters into force on the day following its official publication.
