In line with standard practices of the world's central banks, the National Bank of Ukraine launches the "Monetary Policy" section on its official website.

Commenting on the launch of the new section, Director of the Monetary Policy and Economic Analysis Department Serhii Nikolaichuk said: "The central bank's communications with the public play a crucial role in monetary policy implementation. On the one hand, they enable the public to control the activities of the central bank, on the other hand – the transparency of the central bank's activities enhances the public's confidence in it, thus having a positive impact on the expectations of businesses and the public".

This section brings together information on monetary policy implementation, monetary policy objectives and tasks, key analytical documents and reports, information about the work of the Monetary Policy Committee and contains a lot of references to the glossary, which makes it more comprehensible for the users.
