According to preliminary data, amount of international reserves stood at USD 23.144 billion (in equivalent) as of 1 July 2013.

The repayment of sovereign bonds amounting to USD 1.139 billion affected the dynamics of international reserves.

In June, the National Bank of Ukraine did not intervene in the interbank foreign exchange market by selling foreign exchange.  

The balance of NBU interventions in June was in the black, totaling USD 101 million (in equivalent).
