The National Bank of Ukraine has published an updated ownership structure chart of Bank Veles PJSC.  The new ownership structure fully meets the transparency requirements.

As indicated in the updated ownership structure chart, Mr. Kostyantyn Bondariev  holding a 32.59% stake in the Bank, Mr.Oleksandr Kandyba (a 32.91% stake) and Ms Iryna Honcharova (a 32.98% stake are the qualifying shareholders. The decision on granting the approval to them for the acquisition of a qualifying holding in the Bank was passed on October 2, 2015.

Thus, the Bank’s qualifying shareholders currently hold an aggregate stake of 98%. 

It should be noted that as of January 1, 2015, the Banks’s shares were dispersed among 14 legal entities and 13 and there were no qualifying shareholders.

As reported earlier, Bank Veles PJSC was among the banks that were in the final stage of going through a formal procedure of disclosing the ownership structure.
