The National Bank of Ukraine informs that it purchases banking metals in the form of ingots and precious metals in the form of scrap metal from individuals at competitive prices in order to exercise its functions as to the accumulation and preservation of gold and foreign exchange reserves.
The prices are altered daily in the event of changes in world prices for precious metals.
Information on purchase prices is posted on the NBU's official website.
Transactions involving the purchase of banking metals in the form of ingots and precious metals in the form of scrap metal from individuals carried out by the National Bank of Ukraine are not subject to income tax on individuals.
