In view of the fact that the Private Joint-Stock Company “Investment Financial Company “ART-CAPITAL” has been granted a new General License No. 102 of 21 January 2013 to carry out foreign exchange transactions, by virtue of Order No. 25-р of 21 January 2013 issued by the National Bank of Ukraine, General License No. 23 (amended) of 16 November 2007 allowing the Private Joint-Stock Company “Investment Financial Company “ART-CAPITAL” to conduct foreign exchange transactions has been revoked.
