n 18 February 2016, the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine issued  Resolution No. 91, amending the Rules Governing the Acquisition by the Bank of the Status of a Specialized Trust Bank.

Thus, Resolution No. 91 provides for the inclusion of the funds channeled to finance constructions projects into the calculation of the value of transactions arising from fiduciary agreements on the participation in the construction financing funds.

Resolution No. enters into effect on the day following its official publication date.
