The National Bank of Ukraine invites students to meet with Mr Menno Snel, IMF Executive Director, and Mr Frank Heemskerk, Executive Director of the World Bank Group, to be held at 14:30 on June 3, 2016 at the premises of the Institute of International Relations of Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv (36/1 Melnykova St., Kyiv).

The meeting with the Ukrainian students will be organized within the framework of the IMF-WB Constituency Meetings. The Constituency is led by the Netherlands and includes Ukraine as a member. This year Meetings will be held in Kyiv on June 3-5.

Communication of the IMF and WB representatives with students of the leading institutes and universities of a host country is a traditional element of this event. It is a wonderful opportunity for those interested in the International Monetary Fund and World Bank Group activity as well as in the role of Ukraine in these organizations to receive answers from the senior officials.

Besides the IMF and WB Executive Directors, it is also planned for Deputy Governor of the National Bank of Ukraine and Deputy Minister of Finance of Ukraine to communicate with students on the relevant topics.

Tentative duration – 90 minutes.

The language of the event is English.
