On NBU Board Resolution No 330, Dated 23 May 2016, On Amendments to the Regulation on the Rules Governing the Activities of Banking Groups

On 23 May 2016, the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine issued Resolution No. 330  amending the Regulation on the Rules Governing the  Activities  of Banking Groups.

Resolution No. 330, inter alia, has:

  • Specified the procedure for calculating credit risk ratios for operations with the bank’s related parties;
  • Modified the design of interim consolidated financial statements of banking groups and sub-consolidated financial statements compiled by subgroups of the banking group.

NBU Board Resolution No.330 enters into effect on the day following its official publication date.
