The National Bank of Ukraine has developed a Draft Resolution of the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine On Amendments to NBU Board Resolution No 705, dated 5 November  2014 (hereinafter “the Draft Resolution”).

The Draft Resolution is intended to bring the Regulation Governing the Issuance of Electronic Means of Payment and E-payment Transactions into line with the requirements set out in the Laws of Ukraine On Prevention and Counteraction to Legalization (Laundering) of the Proceeds from Crime, Terrorism Financing and Financing of Weapons of Mass Destruction and On E-commerce.

The Draft Resolution has been posted on the NBU’s official website in order to solicit public opinion and comments on the proposed draft resolution  as mandated by the Law of Ukraine On Fundamentals of the State Regulatory Policy in the Field of Economical Activities.
