The NBU Board as of 29 July 2016 passed the Resolution No. 363 amending the Regulation On the Procedure for Granting General Licenses for Foreign Exchange Transactions to Nonbanking Financial Institutions and State Post Office approved by the resolution of the NBU Board No. 297 of 9 August 2002 (amended).

This Resolution provides that the decisions regarding granting general licenses for foreign exchange transactions to nonbanking financial institutions and state post office will be made by the NBU Board   Approved by the Resolution No. 136 of the NBU Board of 24 March 1999 registered with No. 338/3631 (as amended) by the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of 28 May 1999.
