The National Bank of Ukraine has amended the rules governing the compilation and submission of registers of transactions by banks.

The rules have been amended to be with brought into line with the Regulation On Banks’ Analysis and Verification of Documents Regarding Financial Transactions and Their Participants.

Amendments to this effect have been approved by NBU Board Resolution No.371 of 16 August 2016 On Approval of Amendments to the Guidelines Governing the Compilation of Registers by Authorized Banks.

This resolution has set the rules governing the exercise of oversight functions by the NBU when verifying transactions in respect of which information has been entered into the register.

The Resolution comes into effect on 1 September 2016.
