On 3 October 2016, the National Bank of Ukraine began sharing electronic documents with other public authorities by joining the System of Electronic Interaction between the Executive Authorities.
The central bank has successfully used this system in a test mode to share electronic documents with other public authorities.
“The NBU propels the electronic document flow to a new level by launching the electronic document sharing service that involves the use of digital signatures by the system participants. The System of Electronic Interaction between the Executive Authorities is used by public authorities for electronic document exchange (incoming or outgoing electronic document flows) to maintain communication on issues related to the development of regulations and directives. Electronic document exchange involving the use of digital signatures will replace paper-based document exchange between the NBU and other public authorities and help create a common information sharing environment,” said Head of the NBU Document Handling Office Viktor Nosulko.
