On 28 December 2016, the Governor of the National Bank of Ukraine Valeria Gontareva submitted regular notification on significant changes in financial standing.

Significant changes are reflected in the Unified State Registry of Declarations of Persons authorized to carry out the functions of the state or local government.

Earnings are reflected in form of salary at the main working place in amount of UAH 193,967 in December.

Moreover, notification reflects earning in result of alienation of securities and corporate rights in amount of UAH 52,572,026. NBU Governor Valeria Gontareva received these funds as the third installment from sale of ICU Holdings Limited shares.

As informed earlier, Valeria Gontareva before being assigned NBU Governor sold her shareholding (22.74%) in ICU Holdings Limited. According to schedule of payments, Valeria Gontareva receives regular installment in the end of each calendar year beginning from 2014. Shares were purchased by ICU Holdings Limited according to approved schedule of settlements for 5 years.
