According to contest outcome, contract for development of new NBU website was signed with Jaya Digital LLC, Development is financed by USAID under IP-FSS Project.
During the contest, 62 individuals and 51 company were interested in the announcement, placed on the NBU website. All interested persons were provided with technical assignment for further analysis and development of approach to its implementation. For two weeks participants had an opportunity to send their questions answers to which were published in open access.
16 companies submitted documents to the first stage of tender for technical proposal assessment. Four companies, which received the majority of votes of tender committee members, were admitted to the second stage.
During the second stage, the Committee considered financial proposals and held personal meetings with representatives of participant companies. Having met technical proposal assessment and proposed costs of development, Jaya Digital was decided the winner of tender for affiliate to develop new website of the National Bank of Ukraine.
Joint Tender Committee comprised of representatives of IP-FSS Project, the National Bank of Ukraine, independent Ukrainian and foreign experts. Procedure for identification of service provider for new NBU website development continued for 2 months, during September-October 2016. Agreement with IP-FSS company was signed on 30 December 2016.
Jaya Digital shall provide services to IP-FSS within the consortium with Improvement Service LLC, which shall be in charge for information security of the new website and shall test vulnerable parts of system providing the detailed report. We expect that development and implementation of the new website will take no more than 6 months.

Starting from 2010, company’s portfolio comprises of more than 130 successful projects and web-applications for area of finance, services, e-commerce, publishing etc. Jaya LLC shall be principal legal entity within consortium.
IP-FSS Project is a supplementary project of the USAID under Regional Economic Growth Program. Project provides international technical assistance for improvement of communications, particularly, on website modernization, to the NBU.
