The National Bank of Ukraine has amended regulations on cashless settlements and interbank money transfer in domestic currency in Ukraine. The amendments to this effect have been approved by NBU Board Resolution No. 71 of 27 July 2017 On Amendments to Some NBU Regulations.
Resolution No. 71, inter alia, has amended:
- Instruction On the Cashless Transfer in Ukraine in Domestic Currency approved by NBU Resolution No.22 of 21 January 2004 with regard to the execution by banks of a tax debt collection order issued by the head of the controlling body (his deputy or the authorized person).
- Instruction On the Interbank Money Transfer in Ukraine in Domestic Currency approved by NBU Board Resolution No 320 of 16 August 2006 aiming to set out new rules for entering into agreements between the NBU and clients for the execution of interbank money transfers through the System of Electronic Payments of the National Bank of Ukraine, notably the execution by banks and their branches of the Single agreement for the provision of banking and other services by the regulator.
Resolution No. 71 shall come into force from 3 August 2017.
