The National Bank of Ukraine (NBU) has drawn-up and released the Draft Regulation on the NBU Credit Register.

This instrument details organizational and legal framework of the NBU Credit Register and prescribes the procedure for:

• recording/removing information to/from the Credit Register by a bank or the Deposit Guarantee Fund
• receiving information from the Credit Register
• keeping records of requests filed to the Credit Register.

The Draft Regulation on the NBU Credit Register is to be released with the Regulatory Impact Analysis.
