The National Bank of Ukraine (NBU) has revised tariffs on certain services of payment system registration. Specifically, tariffs will be charged on the following services of payment system registration:
- Approval of rules (certification included) of an international payment system with a resident payment institution;
- Approval of rules (certification included) of a domestic payment system with a resident payment institution;
- Approval of amendments to the rules (certification included) of an international payment system with a resident payment institution (save amendments to rules introduced solely for the purpose of brining in line with amendments to Ukrainian laws, as well as regulations of the National Bank of Ukraine);
- Approval of amendments to the rules (certification included) of a domestic payment system with a resident payment institution (save amendments to rules introduced solely for the purpose of brining in line with amendments to Ukrainian laws, as well as regulations of the National Bank of Ukraine);
- Approval of requirements and operating procedure for operators of payment infrastructure services.
Approval of amendments to the rules of a domestic payment system with a resident payment institution, if amendments to the rules are introduced solely for the purpose of brining in line with amendments to Ukrainian laws, as well as regulations of the National bank of Ukraine, is free-of-charge.

Respective amendments to the Tariffs on Registration and Licensing Services Provided by the National Bank of Ukraine approved by Resolution of the NBU Board No. 333 dated 12 August 2003 (as revised in NBU Board Resolution No. 53 dated 15 June 2017) were introduced by Resolution of the NBU Board No. 22 On Amendments to Tariffs on Registration and Licensing Services Provided by the National Bank of Ukraine dated 1 March 2018 that enters into effect on 3 March 2018.
