In accordance with the Resolution of the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine#353 of  3 October 2011, the powers of Serhii Oleksiiovych Bereza, the liquidator of the PJSC "Commercial Bank "Volodymyrsky", have been terminated since 4 October 2011.

Anatolii Tklich, an official of the National Bank of Ukraine (head of the Banking Supervision Division of the regional branch of the National Bank of Ukraine in Sumy region), has been appointed as the liquidator of the PJSC "Commercial Bank "Volodymyrsky" since 4 October 2011.
