The Resolution of the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine # 381 of 1 November 2011 has extended the mandate of the provisional administration at the PUBLIC JOINT-STOCK COMPANY "INNOVATIONAL - INDUSTRIAL BANK" until 29 December 2011.

Serhii Anatoliiovych Bohatyriov has been dismissed from fulfilling the duties of the provisional administrator on the grounds of his resignation letter from 2 November 2011.

The powers of Oleksandr Vasyl’ovych Smolianinov to exercise functions of the provisional administrator of the PJSC "INPROMBANK"  have been ceased from 1 November 2011.

Volodymyr Oleksiiovych Solovyov, an employee of the National Bank of Ukraine (head of the Banking Supervision Division of the regional department of the National Bank of Ukraine in Kharkiv region), has been appointed as the provisional administrator at the PUBLIC JOINT-STOCK COMPANY "INNOVATIONAL - INDUSTRIAL BANK" from 2 November 2011.

An employee of the National Bank of Ukraine, Olena Fedorivna Kitsenko, deputy head of the division (head of the inspection unit of the Banking Supervision Division of the regional department of the National Bank of Ukraine in Kharkiv region), is entitled to exercise the provisional administrator’s duties for a period of the temporal absence of Volodymyr Oleksiiovych Solovyov, a provisional administrator at the PJSC "INPROMBANK".
