Despite the turbulent situation in Luhansk and Donetsk oblasts, the National Bank of Ukraine and banks continue to ensure payment of wages, pensions, educational maintenance allowances, and social benefits, etc. In particular, banks have resumed their operation in the cities of Slovyansk and Kramatorsk.

This said, the National Bank of Ukraine and banks consistently take measures to keep the money circulation going in this regions, and given the risks, make concerted efforts to ensure the smooth operation of the banking system, timely settlements, and payment of social benefits.
