Dear colleagues!

Together with you, we take a great responsibility for banking system stability, its credibility and enhancement of our citizens' confidence therein.

In this connection, I would like to emphasize that you should respect and value every depositor by unconditional fulfillment of obligations.

The National Bank of Ukraine will monitor the fulfillment of obligations undertaken by banks and apply enforcement measures if required.

Dear depositors!

We highly appreciate your confidence in the banking system and will exert every effort to enhance your confidence.

We have positive experience in this respect, as evidenced by resolving the issue of Rodovid Bank's depositors. Despite all the problems, we managed to resolve this difficult issue, which had remained unsolved for several years. Almost one third of repaid funds remain in the banking system, which indicates that depositors have confidence in the banking system.

I would like to remind you the National Bank of Ukraine operates a “Hotline”. Therefore, I am appealing to you dear citizens. If you have any concerns or questions regarding the banks’ activity, including violation of your rights as a creditor, we would ask you to call “hotline” immediately.

You can be sure that the National Bank of Ukraine will carefully consider every appeal and take the appropriate measures.
