Pursuant to Order No 531-р of 21 November 2011, general licence No 64 of 19 January 2010 allowing the "Maximum- Capital" Limited Liability Company to carry out foreign exchange transactions (securities trading, except for securities management which provides for direct and mediated attraction of financial assets from natural persons) has been revoked.

Pursuant to Order No532-р of 21 November 2011, general licence No70 of 30 September 2010 allowing the “FINANCIAL COMPANY ''OK-2'' Limited Liability Company to conduct foreign exchange transactions (securities trading, except for securities management which provides for direct and mediated attraction of financial assets from natural persons) has been revoked.
