The NBU Committee on Banking Supervision and Regulation, Payment System Oversight approved, by its decision of 17 February 2017, changes in the ownership structure of CB PrivatBank PJSC’s Banking Group.
The ownership structure of the banking group has undergone changes following state participation in the recapitalization of the bank as well as the inclusion and removal of some of its participant from its structure.
As of 16 December 2016, CB PrivatBank PJSC’s Banking Group comprises 14 participants, including:
- CB PRIVATBANK PJSC;
- AS PrivatBank (Latvia);
- SIA PrivatLizings (Latvia);
- SIA PrivatConsulting (Latvia);
- SIA Privat Investment (Latvia);
- SIA Amber Real (Latvia);
- ESTATE GARANT LLC;
- Kobos PrJSC;
- Ukrainian Credit Reference Bureau LLC;
- LT Group LLC;
- A-Lex law firm;
- Privatoffice LLC;
- UK SPV Credit Finance PLC (United Kingdom);
- Ukraine Mortgage Loan Finance NO.1 PLC (United Kingdom).
As a side note, CB PrivatBank PJSC’s Banking Group was recognized by the NBU on 15 March 2013. CB PRIVATBANK PJSC is the group’s controller.
