On 18 June 2018, the National Bank of Ukraine, upon the proposal of the Deposit Guarantee Fund, issued Decision No. 345-D On Withdrawal of the Banking License and Liquidation of Bank Unison PJSC.
On 28 April 2016, pursuant to Article 76 of the Law of Ukraine On Banks and Banking, the NBU declared Bank Unison PJSC insolvent.
